Yes as you've said IT IS POSSIBLE. But you have to use multiple tools and even 
then it is not as easy as with brush tool in LR.
Yes I know there are many people who hates comparison with LR but if there is 
some good and effective tool I don't think is wrong to learn from this.

Anyway if some developers read this thread please add this feature into DT if 
it's possible.
