Thanks Burce. Yes as you've said IT IS POSSIBLE. But you have to use multiple tools and even then it is not as easy as with brush tool in LR. Yes I know there are many people who hates comparison with LR but if there is some good and effective tool I don't think is wrong to learn from this.
