After trying out Darktable on a new computer, I experience that the
system sometimes freeze for a few seconds during image processing. I
notice it by the whole desktop (not only Darktable) becoming completely
unresponsive, I cannot even move the mouse pointer.
Apart from this Darktable is blazingly fast, runs circles aound my
previous laptop without OpenCL support.
Hardware: Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Extreme Gen 2 with Nvidia graphics
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 with proprietary Nvidia driver
OpenCL: yes
