FYI, my compiles are also tagged dirty because I have edited CMakeOptions to use the included lua version rather than that supplied by my system. You need to make absolutely no changes to get rid of the dirty tag but having a dirty compile does not mean that you are automatically risking breakage.

I do not see that but you *are* running "-dirty", so all bets are off.
