Looks like SSL configuration issue. Chrome complains with following
error message
This site can’t provide a secure connection www.darktable.org uses an
unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Curl prints following error message
curl: (35) error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert
handshake failure
