I was able to fix my missing Map problem by removing the
germano/Darktable copr repo version of darktable, and installing the
version from git (decathorpe/darktable-git).
The problem might have been a missing package: osm-gps-map x86_64
1.0.1-9.fc23
But I am not an expert at this. I'll contact the package maintainer
directly.

Hello,
The 'Map' view is missing from my version of darktable.
I am running Fedora 23 and have installed darktable version 2.0.1-1 via
the germano/Darktable copr repo.
Is there something wrong with my version, or did darktable drop the Map
view in the new version?
