Hi,
I think the rationale behind that is that LT mode has much lesser modules,
so if you have a decent sized screen, it doesn't hurt (and in fact it may
be better) to have them all open at once. But in DR mode you have too many
modules, and some modules if left open may hinder your workflow (think crop
and spot removal), hence the different options in the 2 modes.
