They are a lot of discussion about the module history on the darktable-user.
Actually the module, can "only" used to :
- See witch modules are used
- Reverted back all modules to a specific number version
Imagine we develop a picture with this history stack :
6 : color zone
5 : shadow & lightlight
4 : local contrast
3 : base curve
2 : with balance
1 : demozaic
But this it, we have several issue :
- after a reverted back (without warning) , we can't redo
- we can't disable a specific module from history stack (like only the 4 :
local contrast for exemple)
- if we whould like to change a parameter on a module already used, it's
more intuitive to open the module from the history stack than finding the
module on the right
exemple, after the color zone, i would like the change the strange of local
contrast,i whould like to just click on the local constrast from history
stack to select this module
