That does not mean that noise from the dissatisfied is not useful. When
there is no noise, there is no improvement, and everything stagnates. New
features, bug fixes, everything comes from noise from the dissatisfied. If
a developer adds a new feature in a program, he is also dissatisfied with
the current state of the program.
In every program, there is always a large population of those who are
content. The dissatisfied are the ones who contribute new ideas. They may
not always be good, but at least they are thrown out for consideration.
Being satisfied with a software ironically does nothing to help improve it.
