Hello all.
I have been working with spanish translation for a bit more than 6 months I
think, which has let jcsogo work more with development, however, he is
always helpful when I find myself in trouble with some translation. It has
also been awesome the people feedback, so when I finish a translation at
Master or a current release, a single twit makes at least 40/50 people pull
and check translations; I would like to consider them my team and it's
growing every day.
Usermanual is long, exhausting and complicated to translate, I have been
working on it since LGM (May) and I'm barely at 77% (and I will go slowly
this month due my wedding).
According to web services now; I translate using transifex, custom services
and L10n at Fedora; and to be honest, it has been much easier to use local
tools to keep up with translation since allows me to work while I'm
offline. Probably an online service could bring more people; however, as dt
developers told me once; is not about quantity but quality.
