I think I found a transformation from orthographic to inverse
texture mapping:
horizontal scaling = x / sqrt(1 + x^2)
with x = y_VP * d/f. So, all trigonometric functions vanish, but
the dependence on d/f remains (otherwise I would have been irritated
anyway). Again, y_VP is the vertical coordinate of the intersection
of the guide lines (i.e. vanishing point), with y_VP = 0 being the
centre of the image and y_VP = 1 being the upper border.
