I suspect that it only works if you hover your mouse over the
applicable picture in the darkroom filmstrip, not if you hit the key
with your mouse anywhere else in the darkroom display. There is a
binding for it in modules -> filmstrip.
(I wish that a number of the filmstrip module bindings were general
darkroom bindings. This 'only works when you hover over the filmstrip'
and 'applies to the image you're over, not necessarily the current
darkroom image' bits of the current behavior are obscure and
surprising and seem to keep catching people out.)
