Thanks, they appear related, toggling group images expand provides the same image when switching from darkroom to lightroom mode. Note that after switching back to "group collapse" maintains expected function of returning to same image from darkroom to lightroom mode, so the bug may be related to toggling rather than the "group collapse" mode itself. running darktable-1.3_526_g957f222_git-2.2.TM.x86_64 today, tomorrow will be next build from git compiled by Togan Muftuoglu for openSUSE (thanks Togan). ps: traveling, 800k from subject box.
