It seems that you are suffering the reuse of image ids that was fixed some
versions ago.
I can't look now an script to fix this for you, but you have an easy
temporary fix by deleting all what you have in cache/darktable
This way all the thumbs will be recreated, and you will see the right ones.
That will work until you start removing images from the dB. Then it will
appear again.
