as pascal said. if you leave the denoise (profiled) parameters as they are
when first activating it (auto detected possibly interpolated iso) it will
auto detect and interpolate correctly if you copy/paste. if you manually
select another item in the combo box (iso 200 say), it will use precisely
that after copy/pasting, too.
copy/paste and apply a style use totally different code paths but for this
issue they will behave the same.
