Absolutely.  +1 from me.  I am actually afraid of using the mouse
wheel in these areas because hitting this slim scroll bar decides
whether I scroll down the module list or accidentally change some
value.  If it is possible to change the code so that the mouse wheel
scrolls the modules unless Ctrl is pressed for example (or the other
way round), this would make navigating though the modules much
easier for me.

FWIW, Lightroom uses the mouse wheel for scrooling through the
"modules" (well, it has none, but you know what I mean) only, as fas
as I can see.
