enable/apply lense correction for a photo
store new preset
name and describe "new preset"
select applicable parameters

now *newly* imported images will have this "new preset" applied when they
match your chosen parameters.

I found the same thing, apparently you are unable to provide enough
parameters to a *style* for it to be useful in this manner.  Perhaps
deserves an enhancement request ???
