Default you will see the embeded JPG from your camera in lighttable, if the image is not processed. The lighttable is not fully color managed. As some already answered there can be different reasons for that. If it only is the wrong display profile, you can simple change it from system do sRGB in the Output color profile modul (color group). Basecurve is enabled by default.
