Are you sure that it's supported? It's Ivy Bridge?
Also, consider that Darktable looks up for libOpenCL.so:

while AFAICS Beignet creates libcl.so
You may need creating a symlink.
I have Intel graphic card, but I don't know if it's supported by
Beignet (probably not).
