Having highlight recovery on will indeed have that effect. In my case though all the fancy exposure options are turned off and there is still a distinctly darker exposure from the K30 than my other Pentax cameras, again though this has nothing to do with dt but is a camera characteristic.

Someone else posted the reason: If you have highlight recovery set to on, what the K-30 does is underexpose by 1EV. Some RAW readers detect the flag and use a different curve to account for this. DT, likely, does not. Probably it's best if I just turn the feature off and see if it makes a difference. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start Your Social Network Today - Download eXo Platform Build your Enterprise Intranet with eXo Platform Software Java Based Open Source Intranet - Social, Extensible, Cloud Ready Get Started Now And Turn Your Intranet Into A Collaboration Platform http://p.sf.net/sfu/ExoPlatform _______________________________________________ Darktable-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/darktable-users This email is confidential and is intended for the addressee only.
