That message is mostly harmless. All it means is that RawSpeed doesn't support the format and thus it has fallen back on the older libraw. In current git master that's no longer the case as RAF support was added to RawSpeed. I've tested all the bayer sensor Fuji cameras and all work work fine. You'll have to wait for the next release.
