Not totally correct Tobias .... Using Fuji's DR approach, while shooting raw, does allow one to have better control dynamic range that exceeds the 'normal'. Automatic DR% for instance will correctly underexpose the frame if the sensing system deems that the highlights will be blown. In practice I find that this works remarkably well.
