hello Sebastian and Pascal,
thanks for your suggestions: the file gets actually get saved now when
using $(FILE_FOLDER)/$(FILE_NAME), so I am getting closer to the solution.
But not quite there yet! Aperture saves its exported file (that is then
opened by Darktable), with a .tiff extension and Darktable exports it with
a .tif extension. Since the extensions differ, the edited image is not
updated in Aperture after being exported by Darktable.
There doesn't seem to be a way to change the extension in Aperture from
"tiff" to "tif": is there a way in Darktable to change it from "tif" to
"tiff"?
I have also an unrelated question about keystone correction: I have seen on
the list some people asking for automatic cropping NOT to be applied by
default, but I have actually the opposite problem. I would like to have
automatic cropping done after applying full keystone correction, but the
option is blacked out and doesn't seem available.... Has the automatic
cropping feature been disabled?
thanks again!
giuseppe
