Incidentally, white balance is one of the things I spend a lot of time on when processing RAWs. Getting it "right" is probably less important than having it be consistent and just looking "good", especially given that most people are probably looking at your photos on an uncolourmanaged display anyway (it's more important for prints, but then you probably want a colourmanaged workflow).
