The short answer is no.  Darktable requires SSE extensions that are provided 
only on x86.

Note that Adobe's offering is really something like VNC or RDP, with the 
processing done on their servers.  IIRC someone 
has done this with darktable and a bunch of other open source products, turning 
them into a web application, but I don't 
recall the URL.
