not sure if related, but could you try 73369ee (i.e. go a git pull and try
again) please?

you have a few things on the output that make me think your x setup is
broken:

radeon: Failed to get PCI ID, error number -13
(darktable:31618): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :0

maybe an opencl issue?
