currently: darktable-1.7.0.1418484777.6a7224e

I just exported 265 images, 215 with machine idle and the last 50 while
using darktable with another film roll.

The export times are interesting:
  Machine Idle 9.39 per image
  Using darktable 8.67 per image

Machine: i7 intel [email protected]
8 bg threads (do not appear to effect speed)
                GeForce GTS 450/PCIe/SSE2
                NVidia 343.22

I have another large film roll that I will export in the next few days and
will calculate the avg export time then and report.

Export time was calculated using write time of first file less write time
of last /# in film roll -1.

Note that size and mix of exported files may have *slightly* skewed
results as 24mb and 16mb bodies were used and crops all over the place
size wise. Still the result is significant over the number of images.
When I repeat the test, I will do the same export once using darktable on
another film roll and one with darktable otherwise idle.
