Dear All,

I'm struggling with a few of my shots. I'm no photographer, I just
take snapshots of my family; I only use raw to have some leverage in
case I screw up, which does happens all the time. In good light, my
results are passable; however, now I have a few shots where even I can
see the 'finished' photo is poor (I think the in-camera JPG preview
has better colour than mine). Please don't expect any kind of
conscious composition in these shots. I'd much appreciate if you could
have a go at them. Please don't spend too much time fiddling with the
details - I take lots of snapshots, so if some are worse than others,
I won't spend too much time on them (simply because I can't) --
however, of last year's Christmas preparations, these were the 'best'
shots.

The photos (raw, xmp, resulting jpg) are here:

Any specific advice, time spent on them is much appreciated.

DSC_3216: Lit from above using warm white LED lights (a WhiBal card
reads tint 1.131, temperature 3827; plus there was some scattered
light from the kitchen counter, light wood lit using LED spots that
when directly illuminating the WhiBal card read tint 1.116,
temperature 3345); the lamps over the table direct light downwards,
which causes the deep shadows around the eyes. I was trying to lift
them.
DSC_3297-98: Mixed lightning: bluish-cloudy light through the window,
warm white LEDs above (based on WhiBal: tint 1.138, temperature 3446).

Thanks in advance,
Kofa
