Hi Simon,

I am encountering the same problem. Unfortunately there is no good
workaround. Ger Siemerink provides a style (download it at
http://dtstyle.net/ , search for "60d"). It does a better job, but not
stellar. You either have to play around with the basecurve and adjust
the blues (actually the violets ;-)) using color zones. No easy fix
here... sorry.
