Usually, at least two parameters are necessary for decent vignetting
correction, and fiddling around with those is tricky.  I really
think the easiest way is to follow
http://wilson.bronger.org/lens_calibration_tutorial/#id3 and upload
the results at <http://wilson.bronger.org/calibration>.  I even
accept images through paper by now, as long as the paper is evenly
illuminated.
