In the article there were some recommendations about *the* *one* image to
use such as "*take a blurry shot, to rule out effects of sharpening, noise,
and denoising*". On the side, dt-curve-tool description talk about *a set*
of images, without any particular recommendation.

That let me think dt-curve-tool was a different tool. But may be it is the
same tool renamed after some evolutions, since it is able now to build base
curve *and tone curve*.
