I get the following error when trying to load a folder containing 139 TIF images with sidecars:
darktable: magick/error.c:912: ThrowLoggedException: Assertion `exception->signature == 0xabacadabUL' failed. Aborted (core dumped) After the error occurs, Darktable quits (just goes away). I am running Darktable 1.6.6 from http://ppa.launchpad.net/pmjdebruijn/darktable-release/ubuntu trusty under Ubuntu 14.04.2 This happens while the thumbnails are being generated for the files. My mipmap cache is set to 536870912. I have 2 background threads, but I have also tried this with 1 with same results. My system has 32 GB of memory and an Intel i5-3570K. I have an EVGA Geforce GTX 750 TI graphics processor, and I have OpenCL active. I cannot find a log file for darktable. Up to the point the error message appears, I do not see any other abnormal messages.
