I thought it could be an issue related to the database, so I erased it and 
re-imported my pictures.

Unfortunately, it didn't change anything.

In fact, I could notice and verify - it is reprduceable - that only 3 pictures 
are processed, and, moreover, randomly.

So, if I select a series of 200 pictures and apply the pasting to all 10 times, 
then I can end up with 3 to 30 pictures processed, at random places.

I mean : 1st, 10th, 13th, 133th, 155th, etc. The others all remaining 
unprocessed.

I couldn't find any rule to describe the behaviour. All seems really random 
(maybe take the numbers and report them on a Loto game... might make me become 
a millionaire !)

The last update (1.6.7+47~g11e0e0d) didnt fix that.

This happens to me, too, if the picture has never been opened, darktable 
applies the default development profile plus the pasted steps. As a workaround, 
I simply paste twice, that works for me.
