I fear that's not possible. Image operations in darktable are using relative 
image sizes to make it possible to use the same settings (by copy&paste, 
presets, styles, ...) on other images. Thus it only stores a percentage of the 
image size for crop size. It might be possible to add an input method for 
pixel values, however in the back it will be converted into percentages again 
and there is no guarantee that this will map back to the original value due to 
rounding issues.
