Amaze is sharper, according to pixel-peeping tests, but prone to false
colours (e.g.

When a shot is blurry, it's always my fault, not that of the
demosaicing algorithm, so I personally don't care much any more
(except that some algos produce less noise, which would be useful to
me, given that I often shoot my daugthers' dance performances, and
stage lighting + amateur lenses result in f/5.6 @ ISO 3200+, so I have
plenty of noise to kill).
