Hi Jorn,
Yes it is very possible. In fact by default this is what you will always be
doing. Unless you explicitly create a new instance of the module you will
always be adjusting the same one.
I suspect you are perhaps confusing the ‘history stack’ showing module
adjustments with the actual ‘module stack’ in the processing pipeline. DT
isn’t like photoshop, you can go back and adjust a module many times in your
work and you will only have one instance of that module no matter how many
history stack entries there are.

If I choose a module which was already in use but it is not on the top of the
queue, then I get a new equel module,
it twice now.
There is an other avenue for modify previous adjusted modules possible?
