I am struggling to achieve the following: 1) Select an area to process by combining a drawn and parametric mask -- this works well
2) To the selection I obtain, add an area defined by a drawn mask to the selection obtained under 1) With 2), I basically aim at having the effect of extra areas that could not be included with the parametric rule manually (analogy: this would be the same as one could do in most graphics editors by shift-selecting an additional area [to extend it or fill holes] with the mouse after first having using the magic wand tool). I have checked the mask manager but could not figure out whether and how this can be achieved. Thanks for any hint.
