1. I read and use the R all the time. That's how I cull.
2. I obviously didn't explain myself clearly (English is not my
first, nor second language).

I import a folder, then I quickly go through it. yes OR no OR
indifferent. Yes = Pick, No = R, Indifferent = nothing.

Then I delete all the Rs.

A week later or a month later, I start processing the Picks. And
depending on how good the image is after the processing that's when I
rate with the stars.

So I'm looking something to emulate the Pick. I was using this before
Lightroom when I was in Bibble which is now Corel's Aftershot Pro.
