The good news is, it works!! I really appreciate all the help :)
I wanted to confirm the correct steps for when I do a fresh install of
Fedora. Would it be like this?
Enable the RPMFusion repos
# dnf install akmod-nvidia "kernel-devel-uname-r == $(uname -r)"
# dnf update -y
reboot
# dnf install xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda
# modprobe nvidia-uvm
# dnf install mesa-libOpenCL clinfo
# updatedb
