Not on leap, Tumbleweed, and
darktable-2.1+git1452270053.7ad5844-1.3.x86_64 from darix' master builds,
but I just exported a jpg at 100% w/o a problem.  Don't recall ever having
a problem exporting jpg's.

Have you considered completely removing dt (and moving
~/.config/darktable) and reinstalling dt and reimporting a test group of
photos.
