The error is about OpenGL, not OpenCL. The first is used for the old slideshow binary, darktable-viewer, while the latter is used for speeding up computations by pushing them to the GPU. If you don't need that (the first) you can ignore the missing files. Otherwise someone might be able to help with package names for your distribution. Or look at [0].
