Does it look different when you open the exported JPEG in darktable to view it 
vs. other software? That would indicate that the issue is with color 
management. However, normally this wouldn't affect things like noise reduction, 
etc...

I don't think processing done in darktable can be duplicated by any other 
currently existing software, even given an XMP file with the information.
