The plan is to distribute the functions of the list elsewhere, but I've been slow about implementing, sorry. I haven't seen any spam myself, but Apple's mail infrastructure seems to filter quite a lot, and only the stuff in Chinese and Korean gets through (perhaps as part of testing Asian font display? It all seems to work, they can stop now :-) )
