Here's the updated link to the new wikified version of the DAS/2.1 spec, the version that we are free to evolve toward the next version of the spec, as we work jointly on DAS/1.x and DAS/2.x issues:
http://www.biodas.org/wiki/DAS/2.1/Spec It's clearly distinguished from the stable 2.0 version that exists as a static HTML document. The only section in the 2.1 spec that has content is the retrieval portion for genomic data: http://www.biodas.org/wiki/DAS/2.1/Spec/Get-Genomic Which has been split into separate wiki pages for each DAS/2 document type: sources, segments, types, features. The other parts (stylesheet, writeback, region locking, etc.) can be incorporated eventually. The content of the retrieval spec was taken directly from the DAS/2.0 HTML document, with enough edits to make it look reasonable in the wiki. The overview and details sections for each document type were combined on the same page. We might want to combine the various example sections into one (in the HTML doc, there were separate examples in the overview and details section, which I preserved).
