Yes, we do all of that.
Well nearly! But it's just a case of me getting the time to finish
this out.
OK, a matter of where you look of course. The build present in the
org.eclipse.buckminster project actually does all of that right now but
the automated build at http://dev.cloudsmith.com:8088 does not include
the signing part just yet.
