The new hudson is behind a proxy. Your jobs need to be picking up the
Proxy settings appropriately. This could be a general eclipse problem
and the way that Athena is launching multiple vms, and may not be
picking up the proxy settings correctly.
It is one of many reasons I migrated to Hudson.
Nick Boldt., we really should think about Athena 2.0 and what it's
incarnation is going to look like.

Does new hudson host have access to the internet?
as part of our build, we're downlading

but now log says:
