Hmmm.... When i change the order the assemblies are given mcs so
gst-sharp.dll comes first it complies cleanly! (but still will not run
properly - beagle-extract-content still spills out warnings)

Also taking FilterGst and compiling standalone, only referencing
gst-sharp.dll works fine (see attachment).
