The libgnomesharpglue.so file is not in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH or one of the paths accessible from /etc/ld.so.conf. Run the program with MONO_LOG_LEVEL=debug MONO_LOG_MASK=dll to see what exactly it's looking for.
