beagle seems to not be dealing very well with temporary files, such as downloads from epiphany (.part files). I'm also seeing this behavior with temporary files created when i do a p4 sync.
if I run beagle-info --status, it claims to be "working", and displays the temporary file as the first job. But that file doesn't exist, and that first job never finishes... If I try killing the IndexHelper process manually, it just restarts trying to index the same nonexistant file. I know that "the right thing doesn't always happen if a file's name changes very rapidly", but should this case be handled better by beagle?
