The thumbnailer is GNOME-wide, so it'll affect GNOME-based
applications in addition to beagle-search.

The easy way to turn it off is to run this:

    gconftool-2 --set --type bool
/desktop/gnome/thumbnailers/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/enable false

If you're on SUSE (which you are, IIRC), you can also just remove the
gnome-web-photo package from your system.
