I got carried away initailly by having all my mail sorted from clients,
suppliers, friends and family, also having rules on 'sent items' so they got
sorted into relevant places. Then I ran into a brick wall were MS only
allocates 32K for storage of rules.
Now I just fire all the database and interbase stuff into one folder with
one rule as after all interbase is just another database <g>

Goodness - how many rules is that? I get away with less than a dozen. How
many lists do you subscribe to (I can't see the point in having rules for
anything else - ie anything occasional).
If this is endemic, not enough rules available, perhaps Steve Balmer will
listen now that he's trying to make MS customer focussed (though that is NOT
an admission that they weren't before).
